Submission Guidelines

To ensure your inquiry is processed efficiently, please adhere to the following documentation requirements:

  • Order Inquiries: Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please attach high-resolution digital photographs of the item and the original packaging.

  • General Inquiries: Please allow 1–3 business days for a formal response from our representative.

Policy Notice

Please be advised that Miuzu maintains a strict No Returns and No Exchanges policy. All transactions are final. Our support team is unable to override this policy for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing requests.
