At Miuzu, we operate on an "All Sales Final" basis. Because of Hygienic Reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and photos carefully before checking out.

2. Damages and Issues

We want to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception.

If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Miuzu.Help@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item

Once we evaluate the issue, we will make it right by providing a replacement or a store credit at our discretion. Requests for damaged goods must be made within 48 Hours of delivery.
