Shipping Policy
Miuzu is committed to providing a streamlined and reliable fulfillment process. Please review our shipping terms and conditions below to understand our logistics procedures and timelines.
1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to a processing period of 1–3 business days prior to shipment.
-
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the following business day.
-
Once an order is processed, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize Standard shipping via major carriers (including USPS, UPS, and FedEx).
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Miuzu is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.
3. Order Finality and Address Accuracy
In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, all sales are final once the order has been processed.
-
Address Corrections: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate. If an error is caught before processing, we will attempt to update it. However, once a tracking number is generated, we cannot redirect the package.
-
Refused Packages: If a package is refused at delivery or returned to sender due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the item.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
Miuzu is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at Miuzu.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp with photographic evidence of the packaging and product.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
5. International Shipping (Customs, Duties, and Taxes)
Miuzu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
